Prison Outreach
TRULINCS is a federal program that began on February 2, 2011, and is funded by the Inmate Trust Fund in the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
In short, this federal program provides "inmates with some limited computer access, to include the capability to send and receive electronic messages without having access to the Internet."
ReformSexOffenderLaws.Org has started a program to send these inmates the Digest electronically according to the rules of Corrlinks and TRULINCS.
If you have a family member or friend that is an inmate in the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), we welcome requests from the inmate at digest {at} reformsexoffenderlaws {dot} org.
RSOL Program Funding: Currently, this ReformSexOffenderLaws.Org program is not funded, and we rely on the inmate funded program to send the Digest to the federal inmates.
In addition, each month, the Digest is mailed in print form to hundreds of prisoners across the country in state institutions in, currently, 27 states. To be added to the mailing list, send a request to RSOL, PO BOX 400838, Cambridge, MA 02140. or to digest {at} reformsexoffenderlaws {dot} org.
Funding for paper, ink, and stamps is largely through donations. If you would like to contribute to this worthy cause, please mail donations to RSOL, PO BOX 400838, Cambridge, MA 02140 and write "Prison Outreach" on the memo line.
